The North Lincolnshire Integrated Hub at The Forge Project brings together The Forge Project, North Lincolnshire Council Housing, Recovery and Rehabilitation Team, and a range of partner agencies to provide coordinated, person centred support for people experiencing homelessness. By combining expertise across sectors, we create a seamless pathway of care that ensures individuals receive the right support at the right time. Open seven days a week, the Hub offers a warm welcome, hot food, and a safe space to talk. Our team provides support, befriending, guidance, and referrals, whilst on site clinics from housing, mental health, substance use, and community services make it easy for people to access specialist help quickly and comfortably.

Our Day Centre - whoever attends to project is guaranteed to receive a warm welcome by people who care, as well as food, warmth and a friendly atmosphere. The Forge Project works collaboratively with the North Lincolnshire Housing, Recovery and Rehabilitation Team, and in prtnership with With You, the local drug and alchol service, mental services, Blue Door, domestic abuse service, Scunthorpe and District MIND, and the Communnity Inclusion Nursing Team. Representatives from these agencies attend the Day Centre to hold clinics to enable our mutual clients to see them in a safe environment.

We know that given the right support and opportunities homeless people can resolve their problems and we are now providing more support and a wider range of opportunities than ever before.
